Account title / FBO structure. Where an FBO structure applies, the account documentation states the exact account title and the capacity in which the account is held. Read the title as written on your documents.

Named depository or custodian. The financial institution holding the cash leg is named in your account documentation and on your statements. Look that institution up directly.

Applicable regulator or registration. Any registration, charter, or authorisation relevant to your account belongs to the named institution, not to CoastFIRE HQ. Check it with that institution's regulator.

Statement and reconciliation evidence. Periodic statements show positions, movements, and the account structure holding them, and can be reconciled against the named institution's records.

Published verification materials substantiate the California business-entity filing and the specific third-party institutions identified in client/account documentation. Those materials do not establish CoastFIRE Headquarters LLC as an SEC-registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, bank, or state/federally chartered trust company.
