CoastFIRE Headquarters LLC operates a client platform: onboarding, documentation, account workflows, reporting, and coordination with third-party financial institutions. It is not a bank, broker-dealer, forex dealer, qualified custodian, insurer, or registered investment adviser.

What the platform does: onboards and documents the account, records verification steps, coordinates instructions with the named venue or custodian, and consolidates reporting so activity can be reconciled against that provider's records.

What the platform does not do: operate an exchange, hold private keys in its own name, run a staking protocol, or set reward rates, fees, lock-up periods, or withdrawal terms. Those belong to the named third-party venue or custodian.
